Maintenance
I left a previous review that was negative. Since then the manager and maintenance team really stepped up and fixed the issue. I am very grateful. 5-Stars for this response. Thank you.
He came promptly and fixed everything on my request form
Maintenance crew has been very prompt and courteous with all issues we have had during our stay at Broadstone. When awaiting a part, they kept us updated on status of our repair. Thank you James Syracuse and staff.
Management staff - Lauren Santisteran is very polite and helpful and respectful of tenants. We appreciate her in the front office.
