Review Broadstone : I couldn’t ask for a better place to live in Albuquerque. I have lived at Broadstone Heights for two years and I really enjoy it. It is conveniently located, offers smart floor plan layouts, large closets, great onsite and in unit amenities, and I feel safe here. But, I have to say without a doubt, my favorite thing about living here is the people who are actually running this community. From the ladies in the office to the maintanence guys on the grounds, they all deserve raises btw. <<<—corporate, I hope you’re paying attention! These people are truly amazing and I can honestly say that of all the places I have lived, I have never dealt with better staff in charge of running a corporate-owned office. Any time there is an issue, whether directly involving my apartment or involving the communal spaces, the office and maintanence are very quick to address it and they do so with a great attitude. No matter what other problems they are juggling at any given moment, they always greet me with professionalism, respect, kindness, and a genuine desire to resolve and assist. They are truly what makes living here so worth it!

Community Manager Ary was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly welcoming, took her time with us, and gave us a second tour without hesitation when we wanted another look. She was informative, patient, and genuinely tried to help us “make it work.” She also has a great sense of humor and such a personable way about her—she really made the experience enjoyable. Shoutout to Victoria, too! When we called, she remembered us immediately and knew exactly which apartment we had toured. That kind of attention to detail is rare. The property itself is clean and inviting. The apartment we viewed had beautiful wood floors, and the model was stylishly decorated—tons of great design ideas. Our experience with the team here was truly excellent. Highly recommend working with Ary and her team.

This apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. All of the staff are so kind. Very quiet and great looking unit. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Heights. The management team and maintenance staff are always attentive and provide excellent service. They recently fixed some doors and a leaking bathroom faucet in my apartment. The community here is well-maintained, the staff truly care about creating a pleasant living environment. A big thank-you!! to Ariadne, Victoria and Anastasia, management team, and to Chris, José, and the entire maintenance crew for their hard work and dedication. You all make Broadstone Heights a wonderful place to live!

Me and my mother had a great experience with moving into the apartment. Victoria was a pleasure to work with. She assisted with everything we needed to rent here. She is so kind, friendly, and welcoming to this community. She answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with her.
