Kassandra made the leasing process go so smoothly and replied with phone calls, e-mails in an efficient manner. Great customer service and easy to work with. Broadstone Heights apartments also allows income to be counted from other states, especially when having a place in CA and here. This is a gated community and each place is equipped with an alarm system. Close to everything you may need. Thank you Kassandra for making us feel welcome.

After living here for almost a year, I have to say it’s probably been the best apartment complex I have lived at. The main reason is the leasing manager Angela! She made everything very easy and comfortable when I first moved in. Anytime I have an issue I know that it will be resolved quickly when I discuss it with Angela. I was referred to this apartment complex from friends and they did not disappoint!

I started working here just a few weeks ago. I came in with knowledge of running an apartment complex that was ran completely differently than the websites and routines of this one. Coming in with little to no knowledge of how things are ran at this particular site was scary at first, but Angela and Kassandra have done nothing but help in every way they can to guide and teach me to the best of their abilities, all while maintaining their own jobs. Even in the most hectic moments, they are still kind and patient with me, and for that I am so grateful. They have made this one of the best employment experiences for me and they leave me feeling educated and motivated at the end of every work day. All I can say is thank you to both of these hardworking ladies. Thank you!
