Whenever you are renting, it's never going to be perfect. However, I really do like living here. My apartment is newly renovated with updated appliances, it is in a great location, and it is quiet. The pool is now open, yay! and lovely! Maintenance does a good job and is speedy, especially considering the number of units in the complex. Deana is absolutely fabulous and so kind.

I just renewed my lease again. Super happy with the changes. The property is clean and beautiful. Lots of space in my apartment. Lauren really takes the time. Everything is easy at Broadstone. Online everything.

Lovely property
I moved here from Boston in 2020 and couldn't have asked for a better place to live here in New Mexico. This property is lovely and safe and now with all the remodeling looks even better. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Looking for a new place to live is alway stressful. Vianey was extremely helpful and one of the nicest leasing specialist I talked to in Albuquerque. I look forward to joining this community.

This property is one of the nicest in the city. Its well kept and I always felt perfectly safe. The management and staff have always been super helpful. There is plenty of shopping around the area. I would highly recommend.
