I usually wait until I've moved out of a place before leaving a review, just to avoid any potential awkwardness, but Broadstone Heights has earned a shoutout while I'm still here.
Like any community, itâs not perfect (letâs be real, what place is?), but what truly sets this one apart is the people. The office staff is genuinely compassionate, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive and dedicated. That combo makes a huge difference.
Over the past two years, they've consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Whether itâs a leaky fridge, a stubborn deadbolt, or someone double-parked in my reserved spot, theyâve been quick to respond and always willing to find a solution. And honestly, theyâve put up with my cranky moments more graciously than I probably deserve - so bonus points there.
What really makes this place feel like home, though, is the sense of community. Iâm not just a unit number or a line item on a spreadsheet - I feel seen, and that matters.
So yeah, just wanted to say thank you to the whole team for making this feel like home. Iâm wrapping up my second year here, and Iâm hoping to stick around for a good while longer.
