And after I’ve been in the unit, I accidentally broke a chandelier shade in the dining room area, and the switch for my LR light had a malfunction. Within a short amount of time, Chris from maintenance was here, and replaced the shade, fixed my light switch, and took care of a couple other minor things too. He’s a super guy and I feel very good knowing he’s here.

Edit: Between responding to the review and a new property manager Ary coming in our concerns are being addressed and communicated. Once the last concerns have been addressed, I plan to raise the review to 4 stars. Price is the best thing going for this complex and why The rating isn't a one The apartment we toured and decided to rent was in worse shape after we signed. Alyssa is missing knowledge on what being a resident is like and has consistently over promised on maintenance issues, if we should put in a request online she should tell us to do that instead of saying it will be taken care of. Finally, it's been a month and we still don't have our mailbox set up, and have been notified that important mail was returned because of it. Only rent here if an adult has free time to deal with the issues.

So far we are really enjoying our apartment! Victoria was so easy to work with and was incredibly helpful, even coming in on her day off so we could sign our lease. The lease is very detailed and gives realistic expectations for additional costs (ie. utilities, internet). Our stove was missing drip pans when we moved in and the maintenance team came and installed them the same day we inquired about them so the response time was excellent. The internet was very easy to set up. We called the day we moved in and it was installed next day. It was a quick and simple process, just required a call or two and access to an email. We look forward to our stay here!!

When my dishwasher broke, Maintenance Manager Chris came out and gave me a new one. The same thing with the Range and Refrigerator. Gas log fireplace, Fixed! The newest Apt Mgr closed the mail room, so now you have to go to the Post Office to get your packages. The Outside Mail cage has been broken into multiple times and the Apt Mgr said that the boxes would be fixed next week. That was several months ago. Victoria and Alisha in the office are very helpful. Sadly, crime is on the rise here, and there are no cameras to help deter the criminals. The flimsy entrance gates often brake, allowing vehicle theft and break-ins.

I like living here. This is the first time I've rented an apartment in almost a decade, so I'm not too sure what I should expect, but the office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Recently, they have been making improvements to the property - repairs, landscaping, etc. It's great to see this amount of attention being put into the shared environment.

I had to move out early and break my lease due to unforeseen circumstances. Lauren Santistevan went above and beyond to help make the process as easy as possible. She was warm, kind and generous with her time. She is wonderful at her job and the reason for my 5-star review! Too soon to say for sure, but overall this is a great little community in a fantastic location off Paseo Del Norte and Barstow. Easy access to groceries, the gym, medical / dental, and parks. Buildings are well maintained and they offer a variety of different floor plans to pick from. The one bedrooms feel large enough for one, or maybe two active people. The two bedrooms are spacious and feel very open. The property looks beautiful at night - plenty of lights.

Leaving this review to compliment Chris and his colleague, the maintenance personnel. They came to replace our broken dryer today and we told them about some other small repairs that we needed in the apartment. They fixed every issue we asked them to address quickly and professionally, including fixing a broken flush handle, ceiling light, and stove burner. Extremely thankful for these extremely friendly repairmen, they deserve a raise for being so helpful, flexible, and professional.

The property is clean, safe and in a convenient spot. Had supermarkets, restaurant all within walking distance. The view is amazing, staff is friendly and responsive. I miss living here.

My son and I moved in a couple of months ago. Deanna made the initial application process stress free. Deanna has been so understanding and professional. She has such a kind heart. She has attended to all our Maintenance needs in a timely manner. Maintenance gets it all done. Chris and his team work very hard and I know I'm not the only request as they are busy all day. Chris is very professional and will contact you after his work is done to follow up with the work that was done. Broadstone Heights has a top notch work out facility with brand new equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, stair stepper, bicycles, free weights and machines that will give you a full body work out. Swimming pool and hot tub is open all year around and has been a peaceful place to hang out. I am so happy to call this place my home. Very quiet and safe place to live. My home is very spacious new appliances, our dogs love it too. Only con, to this point, is the parking. Wish they had assigned parking. Parking is in the process of getting revamped this coming month, so I have faith that it will be only to our benefit. Thanks Deanna for being you and taking care of me and my family. God Bless.

Whenever you are renting, it's never going to be perfect. However, I really do like living here. My apartment is newly renovated with updated appliances, it is in a great location, and it is quiet. Coming in with little to no knowledge of how things are ran at this particular site was scary at first, but Angela and Kassandra have done nothing but help in every way they can to guide and teach me to the best of their abilities, all while maintaining their own jobs. Even in the most hectic moments, they are still kind and patient with me, and for that I am so grateful. Angela - assisted Holley & Kassandra above & beyond any manager I have ever dealt with which took me by utter surprise. She came across as a team player who really cares about not only her employees but the residents & potential future residents as well. Selected this apartment building to move into when relocating to ABQ for work. So far so good! I have been here now for a little over a month and the staff is so friendly! They are very professional, hardworking and the community is always so clean! In a great area and close to shopping centers. I definitely recommend this community! Bravo to the awesome staff!!! My only issue is some drivers thinking it is ok to drive fast in the community when my kids, other kids are outside or anyone out walking for that matter. The staff has done their part to keep the community safe, do your part to keep it safe. ; ) Thank you to all the staff for making it a great place to live!

Love this complex!! The staff and the residents are very friendly and welcoming!! When I moved in two of my neighbors gave me a welcome gift. One gave me a small decorated tree and a stocking for my dogs with treats and one gave me a planter with flowers in it. The staff is great about safety and encourage the residents to be careful about us that are handicapped and have to cross the street. They have cookies in the office for the pets. T is very safe here and the kids can ride bikes and roller skate. Love it here !!

This is by far my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff is always so kind and willing to help. The property manager Angela is so sweet and just genuinely cares about her tenants. The head of maintenance James is the best, whenever we have a maintenance request he is there quickly and when he shows up he knocks so gently just in case our daughter is sleeping. I recently just moved out about 2 weeks ago & I wish we never left. From the first day I stepped foot onto the property Broadstone has always treated us really well. The apartments are well kept & very very spacious. The 2 bed 2 bath was more then enough space for my family of 4. The location of the property is what I’m going to miss, right around the way you have all the stores and restaurants that are no more then a 2 min drive, very convenient when you don’t want to travel far for a meal or snack. In the area you will see a lot of people walking and running. If you have kids it’s a great location to send them off while there is a middle school and a high school just right down the road. All around I’m going to miss broadstone heights I am in hopes that we can come back soon ! I hope we can join the pool parties this year, those were always fun !

Amazing staff. They keep the Gym and property very clean. The front office is polite and kind as well as understanding of life’s issues and challenges. The maintenance staff is first class and incredibly polite. I have only met 3-4 of my neighbors and every single one of them is polite and kind. The trail beside the apartments is great for walking and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

I stayed here during my time as a travel nurse for 6 months and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and the staff were always super friendly. The tramway is only 10 minutes away and the area is really beautiful. The grocery is a 2 minute drive away and the Ulta is 3 minutes away! I loved my time here in Albuquerque and I am glad I chose to stay at Broadstone. The one bedroom was very spacious and had a washer/dryer. Parking was easy and safe as well. Would recommend staying here!

If you are looking for a nice apartment and especially if you have kids in Desert Ridge Middle school, you should come here. The staff in the office are very kind and will help take care of any needs you have. My son walks to school with other kids from the complex, and the school is less than a block away. Pool and hot tub are great. There is workout room also that has many machines to use. Walking trail and park right next to the property as well. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been very pleased with broadstone heights from my initial tour till getting moved in. Charly in particular has been very accommodating throughout the process and helped me find the perfect unit to fit my needs. My one recommendation to potential residents is to visit the property in person.. the staff is quite busy with many phone calls and emails so do an in person visit to let the staff know you’re serious about renting there. I had difficulty getting my phone calls answered, but once I went on-site I received much more attention.

They have to take care of 200 units and triage the work perfectly. On my last call, the kitchen light had gone out. I had no idea how much we needed it...o it was so dark! First thing in the morning, Leonard showed up to change the ballast. Yay! Broadstone Heights is lucky to have such talent :)

My elderly mother has been at Broadstone Heights for over 2 years. Management was very accommodating when she asked to move to a smaller unit last year. In addition, the staff has been very helpful working with us if we had questions. This is a lovely property and she feels safe here. This would be a 5 rating, however the 4 rating reflects challenges with upkeep that may be caused by Covid related staff and product shortages i.e. parts to repair the pool and the front gate, through no fault of management. I'm particularly impressed by the new staff in the office: Angela, Charley and Susan. They have been so responsive and taking the time to explain aspects of the lease renewal to me. James in maintenance is always so kind to my mother and attentive to the property upkeep. (I take care of my mother's legal affairs.) Thank you Broadstone staff!

This resident place is lovely. The mangers in the office take good care of the residents, mail, package, and request. The maintenance people here are very sweet, quick to work, and they keep my house clean when they come to work. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Some con’s - there is so many spiders :( there is an empty lot next door allowing for bugs and wildlife. Also bunnies, and coyotes. You can here and see the wildlife often. Parking is difficult. Not enough spaces. I’m had to buy a covered parking to make sure I had a place to park at night. I would recommend this place.

We've lived here for 8 years and it's a good place to live. There are issues here but there are issues everywhere. When there are problems, maintenance responds quickly and they are so good at what they do. The Maintenance Supervisor is James and he is always pleasant with a great attitude and he really wants to help. He has strong skills and keeps things going here. Broadstone Heights is lucky to have him as are the tenants.

Affordable, Attentive and Caring. Living in this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. Front office management is incredibly kind and timely assisting you with any problems you may have. We only had 2 small challenges living in this apartment including a broken washer which was replaced in 6 hours by maintenance and ants which were settled by having an exterminator come every other week paid by the complex. The rent for these apartments is a steal compared to other complexes in the NE Heights and in an amazing location close to a Trader Joes, Smiths , and Target. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to live.

When apartment shopping last summer I looked over 15 complex's. I settled on Broadtone Heights for multiple reasons. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has a wonderful layout and is reasonably priced. The fixtures in the apartment are modern and I love the 9ft ceilings. I have lived at Broadstone Heights now for 6 months. I have loved this complex. The staff are friendly and very efficient. In the 6 months I have lived there I have called maintenance to replace my thermostat, the maintenance staff was very quick to answer my call and took care of my problem in a friendly manner. I love how the staff works to engage our community, they are very active on facebook, over the holidays they hosted a decorating contest and also invited residents to bring there Christmas gifts to the club house for free gift wrapping. I found that it was a great way to feel apart of the Broadstone Community. The complex itself is very well maintained. My apartment is beautiful. I absolutley would recommend this complex to anyone.
